Trying to win

(Toronto)
The Leafs loss to the Rangers 4-1. The effort is there the Toronto Maple Leafs are playing the game to the best of their ability, they just don`t have the talent level of the better teams such as the Rangers, who let up on the Leafs in the third period by not skating as hard, they knew they were in control of the outcome of the game they could afford to ease the pain to the Toronto fans.
The Leafs have a chance to notch number 1 win on Saturday night Oct.24 against Vancouver. The Canucks have started slow with 3 wins so far in 4th place in their division. Vancouver plays Monday against Edmonton, and Wensday against Chicago before coming to Toronto.
With no Mats Sundin playing with them this season, and Henrik Sedin and Sami Salo both out with injury's, the Leafs stand a chance.
The Leafs can get the puck past R.Luongo who has not looked sharp to start so far in net.
It was last year Sundin came to Toronto to play for the first time since leaving Toronto, and beat the Leafs at home after being showered with love he scored the winner in OT. In search of their first win the Leafs must get down to business and make this game the beginning of a winning attitude.
